room service
i worked with Joel in the Room service department. The hotel was very slow that day. we took one order of salads, soups and drinks. we had to bring it to the Colonie meeting room, and had to make sure the guests were happy. Joel showed me the knocking rule that the room service workers have to follow. they have to knock three times and say that its room service before he enters the room. he showed me also how to set up the room service cart.
